UNDERSTAND YOUR OPTIONS
Loan Against Property
For eligible funding needs secured against a property accepted by the lender.
What lenders may assess
- Ownership, title clarity and acceptability of the property
- Property valuation, location and permitted use
- Income, repayment capacity and existing secured obligations
These are common assessment factors, not a complete eligibility rule or an approval prediction.
Documents to prepare
- Property ownership and title documents
- Identity and address documents of applicants and property owners
- Income records, bank statements and existing loan details
No documents are needed for the initial enquiry. Provide documents only through the secure collection process when requested.
Understand the cost before accepting
Ask the lender for the applicable interest rate, whether it can change, the repayment schedule, processing and other charges, and early-repayment conditions. Review the written offer and total repayment obligation before agreeing.
We do not publish a standard rate or guaranteed loan amount because offers depend on the applicant, product and lender assessment.
Common questions
Does owning a property automatically make me eligible?
No. The lender must accept the property and assess its title, value and the applicant’s repayment capacity. Ask the lender to explain the obligations and risks before proceeding.
Who decides approval and final terms?
The lender independently decides eligibility, approval, pricing and final terms. Test Name assists with the enquiry and application process.
How is my enquiry information used?
Your information is used to register and respond to your request as described in the Privacy Notice. Marketing permission is optional. Further data sharing may require separate permission.
